And they should have shown video clips of the nominated characters before the actual day like the other years so that I can enjoy it many times on TV haha. After all, it is drama which is visual and the words felt technical, dead and sometimes overwhelming.
A bit sad that there are no funny skits this year but it is still nice to see idols there as a fan of many… Didnt really like the parts when they used words to describe a character nominated. However, it is shorter and there is also a little feeling of being more withdrawn from the audience. This year’s one is super cool, the stage, the lighting and the effects.

Ate street food: Fried fishcake and kimbapĪte many Korean food like jajangmyeon (more bland and less meat than Sg’s), korean fried chicken (surprisingly not oily), 8 flavours meat, tteokbokki, korean pancake, hot stone pot bibimbap, seafood dinner with raw moving abalone, abalone porridge, ginseng chicken soup with glutinous rice and wine. Slept on the floor with hard pillow at a resort (ignore the soft pillow haha, it is misplaced)Ĩ. Wanted to visit Korea largely due to Korean Dramas and Korean Variety Shows.ĩ things I did that appear often in Kdramas or K variety shows:ġ. The travelling time is too long for my liking and my ears hurt from the airplane flights. This is my first time visiting Korea and I dont think I will be going there again for quite some time. Wanted to go in the winter season in January this year but my parents felt that it was too cold. Planned this trip with my sister for many months. So happy that I managed to fulfill one of my life goals by visiting South Korea last week! Wanted to die there with no regrets haha but too good/bad I am back in Singapore again.
